Will the delivery really arrive on Friday?
Yes. Every box is packed on Thursday and dispatched so it reaches you Friday morning, in time for Shabbat preparations. We take this seriously — it's the heart of what we do.
What happens if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
The courier calls you ahead of arrival to coordinate. If you're not home, the box can be left with a neighbor, with building security, or you can arrange a later delivery — as long as it's before Shabbat begins.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver in Jerusalem only — our own couriers handle every drop, which is how we keep the quality and the timing. Outside Jerusalem, you can arrange self-pickup from our prep point in the city.
Can I choose a delivery time slot?
Deliveries arrive on Friday morning. There is no time-slot selection at checkout, and the courier calls before arriving. For specific needs, write to us on WhatsApp.
